As I previously posted last year about Amfil Technologies ticker symbol AMFE, it is now go time! Ladies and gentlemen check www.otcmarkets.com in the morning. The audit is FINALLY done! Real deal growth stock. Uplist to the QB coming very shortlly! HANDS down the best play you can find. Ive held shares for 20 months now! It will be an OTC LEGEND, no doubt in my mind! Passing it on to you all, good luck!

I am no financial advisor and it is IMO.

No toxic financing and hardly and dillution in 3 years! Authorized shares lowered from 900M shares to 600M. Outstanding shares have also been reduced big time to 485M shares. CEO kept his promise of keeping OS under 500M through 2018 fiscal year! If you have never heard of this company, do your DD NOW. Its go time.

It was a 3 year audit that took a year and was the hold up. Not any damn pumping.it is uplisting to the QB shortly.  Do your homework on it and you will see what is coming. Up 40% so far today. It won't be long until it blows past the all time high of .235.

It didnt take 3 years. It took one year for a three year audit with multiple subsidiaries.

Wall....? Why waste your time with this "god"? Either he is pumping and dumping or he is really investing his money in this trying to get rich in penny stocks. If it's the latter, no one can help him. He's doomed.

Successful investing takes time, patience and hard work. Guys like Sungod will never be willing to do it the right way. Your post says it all.....his awesome stock is down 50% since his last round of "touting".

My apologies sungod. You are correct. I should not have such a sour attitude. I just don't understand why people waste their time with penny stocks. You may make something, but it is my opinion that you will never make money over the long run. Also, the float on the bid/ask on these penny stocks are really bad. You end up 5-8% in the hole before you even get started.

Just too hard to make money in these things for my liking.

    gamble,

You did nothing wrong...these guys are and have been pumping this stock and even after today it is still way down from when they last did so.

We all have a responsibility to verify things and I feel that especially since Ive been here a long time and in this area a long time. I had to do the same with MNKD, the pumping and back slapping was way too much, same kind of goes with cryptos. Its ok to be conservative and question things...people read these threads and might invest just based on posts like a few above and not do their homework.

Gamble, thanks for the apology and it is all good. Stick with what works for you then. Good luck.

Wallstreet, you will be taught humble pie with AMFE. That I DO know.where was it i first alerted the board on AMFE? Can you please tell me? What was the price?? It is UPPPP, not down. So get your facts straight. I can guarantee you did ZERO DD on the stock. Look at the chart from the last few years too. Wayyy different than pump and dumps. Good luck.

Most any stock that isnt a foreign exchange company trading their depository shares on the OTCBB is a crap shoot and you are touting a company who used some two bit auditor and was delinquent for three years to UPLIST to the dark side of the OTCBB?

Come on with that....maybe you get lucky, I hope you do but please no more lipstick smearing. And yeah I looked them over, but since they are a pinkie they can say they are Microsoft with a billion in revenue and there is not much someone can do about it. I think they are double claiming revenues and their market cap is way out of wack for what this company will be.

Just try and keep the facts straight and if you want to celebrate go to the yahoo finance board where all your pals are living already.

Are you back with this AMFE nonesense? For the record, when I looked at in then end of January, it was priced somewhere near .195...Today it's, what, .133? It's a piece of junk. Literally.

How many shares would I have to pony up to buy a latte, or whatever they sell, at this joint?

Jamie, does any stock only go up? Lol you are clueless. Last year did you see how much it ran? Naturally, there will be pullbacks and profit taking. Audits take a long time and the wait had brought the stock down. Take a gander at the accumulation/distribution line. It was going up even during the pullback.

Wallstreet, you dodged my question to what the price was when I alerted the board last year. I'm pretttty sure that was at .072. The stock now is .133, even after pullbacks from its highs. Is nearly 100% decent? Lol yeah that's what I thought! I want to be clear, I am not against any of you and not pumping shit.

Wallstreetcapper - sorry if i came off as a "pumper" when i first posted here about AMFE a year ago. I was a 'virgin' penny stock buyer who wanted to share my thoughts on the investment, and get the opinions of the more savvy investors on here as to its validity and potential. The impending audit and uplisting was the constant carrot on the stick that would offer the turning point for AMFE's growth and stock price. Several times in the past year, the company issued PRs saying the audit was within weeks, even days, from completion and I shared this information in future posts on my thread.

Frustration mounted when the audit did not come out when expected. Some stockholders were so critical as to accuse them of no longer seeking or being unable to obtain an audit. Many left and the stock price continued downward.  i bought in at .17, later at .13 and again at .11 – the last two times based on their erroneous PRs regarding the audit.  And yet I did see other good things occurring that I chose to believe were of value. So even when it fell further to .08 I continued to hold.

Well the audit is now out, the critics are silenced, and the reversal in pps appears to be underway as we are back up to .13(from .08 2 days earlier) and more good news is on the way (pardon the pump!).  I've learned 1 year for a multiyear audit of a company that made several acquisitions in the process is not unusual. The uplist is also now pending which will open AMFE to an entire new universe of potential buyers.

So, in my most humble and “non-pumping” opinion, I’m optimistic about the future of AMFE and my investment. I also invite everyone to “check it out” as well, which is all I was asking in my original post.  Of course, in the end, only time will tell.

I made some coin on AMFE when you first touted it because I was smart enough to take a little profit.  Got tired of the day-traders beating this stock up and down and finally bailed completely.  I think this could be a good reentry point because Gro3 & Snakes and Lattes are finally going to be realizing gains.

Sungod. My best advice to you, as it has been in the past, is to avoid trading penny stocks. Penny stocks are not the path to wealth. My guess is that you are in your 20's and have not learned this lesson yet. Invest in good solid companies, with solid growth and REAL (not inflated fake earnings) profits. If you do that, after a decade or two or even three, you will prosper to the point that losing $20,000 in one day (as I am doing today) will not bother you.
