whos got the lowest? im dreading the 800 phone calls im gonna get if i request a quote online but i guess thats the only way to go?

right now my rate is 5.5% and i owe 102k. have 15years left and just looking to lower the payment again or maybe even drop to 10 years if the rate is low enough. any experts on here?

Why not just field the phone calls? That's the best way to find out the best deal you're gonna get. Talk to all of them and screw with their heads. Make them work against each other. If they really want your business, they'll go as low as they can for you.

I got a GFE from one lender and gave it to another lender and asked him to beat it.  He beat it by MILES.

dont go with a major bank, they&#x27;ll tie u in knots and require a ridiculously high credit score and income, go with a specialist re-fi company, they&#x27;re all over the net, make sure they&#x27;re BB accredited and you should be golden.
