This is a good Nasdaq page. WHen i say failed, you have to remember that you r buying a stock at American dollars, they r making money at a Chinesse dollar pace.

2. Most r indirectly controlled via the gov't. They do a good job of hiding it. The chinesse do not allow US to go deep into their books. In other words, whenever there is a problem, it can be covered up. Print more money and get it from the govt.

Just go very careful.... Just know, that if something big happened, they would sweep it away with your money and Our gov't is not going to cover your lose.

Rule #1 ; Don&#x27;t trust the Chinese &#xD;&#xA;Rule #2 ; If you get too complacent holding $ in a Chinese firm, you will soon be reminded of Rule #1. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Rules mean nothing to these people, and they will happily take your money.
