 Well, we could. Covers is a business, so you need to convince them that it will draw customers. Go to the Soccer forums and tell them about covers.com and get them to join and post here that they came to covers hoping to compete in soccer. If you convince Covers that it will increase their participants by enough to justify the prizes, you are in.
