Just curious as to how ncaaf contest leader posts late this evening and gets lines that are way off and not available....

Is there an 12 hour delay built in on some contestants picks ?

It happened again just before Bowling Green - Toledo game ... posted under 51 when current pick line at 47... what gives ?

I am suspicious to say the least ...
