I play Blackjack at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa FL. They have all sort of different games. The $5.00 tables pay a Blackjack at 6 to 5, $10.00 and above tables pay at 3 to 2. Incredibly the $5.00 tables are always full. Are more 6 to 5 tables showing up in Vegas? All the tables have a side bet of Match the Dealers up card. A new side bet has just been started called Bet the Bust. After all the cards are dealt you can bet if the Dealer will bust. The 4,5 and 6 pay even money, then the odds go up from there. Has anyone seen this in Vegas? It seems Greed has totally taken over. Thanks

You have to search for a normal pay BJ game in Vegas..Strip props at least..If the dealer has tits/breasts bouncing it's 6/5.lots of different side bets with huge house edge like what you mentioned. The days where if you did not like the shoe and want to jump to another table are pretty much over.
But a question Conrad, do they comp drinks for Video Poker players at Tampa.Hollywood,I know the Imokkolee here does not even for BJ? Never been thanks

Coffee and water are comped, any alcohol drinks aren't, beers are $4.50 so with a $1.50 tip that's $6.00. I'm a $25.00 player and do get comped for the buffet, not the high end restaurants. I go to Vegas every Oct and stay at South Point off strip, as a $25.00 BJ player I get comped room and meals. Unbelievable how times have changed

They have some bet the pair if you get two 7's etc at Coast casinos. All the prop bets and carnival games have huge odds against them. It is blackjack's version of a field bet in craps. You are better off searching for a straight double deck even if you have to pay $10 - $25 minimum and use a simple plus minus counting strategy.
