Going to the Luxor in December

Question

Anyone know anything about their Sportsbook? Do they offer live betting... if not.... what Sportsbook should I visit?

Also... if anyone has any suggestions of places that I need to hit, that would be great. I haven't been to Vegas in a while and looking for some suggestions

^I concur.I received a couple nights free there and decided to use it when a friend came into town. What a mistake! I&#x27;d much rather stay at one of the lower star hotels.

Well scsiegel if you want the 2nd worst shit hole on the strip you could walk over to the Excalibur, with a lousy sportsbook I might add. Enjoy your stay.

If you mean in-game betting (live betting)....go across the strip to Tropicana...run by Cantor Gaming.

As for Luxor, it actually has a very good buffet.....the book is small; but no smoking in the book anywhere....drink tickets are pricey.....

The club can, sometimes, be pretty hot...depends

There are far worse properties on the Strip....proximity to Mandalay helps a lot.......just take the free tram next door...

Note to self: Never mention where you are staying. It should read "Staying at the "east" end of the strip, what Sportsbooks do you recommend".

Hit Old Town one night and maybe try the Zip Line. Get a seat on the Rail at Cabo Wabo and watch the world go by drinking cocktails. Check out the Aria, very nice. oh, and have fun

luxor is not bad at all. I will say it kinda has a dark, closed-off vibe inside that's a little different than other casinos IMO. tram to great book at mandalay next door and to excalibur $5 blackjack. It's actually an easy indoor walk to both as it sits in between the two and is connected by long corridors. Luxor's book is average at very best (4 out of 10), but like I said, the Mandalay is next door and that book is amongst the best.

I've stayed at Luxor once and I'd stay there again if it were a good deal. Usually you can step it up to MGM, Mandalay or Planet Hollywood (all which I would consider one tier up from Luxor) for not too much more and that's where I find myself these days.
