Now on to this one......the short answer is yes but very few people can do it consistently. They don't build big sports books because they are kicking people out. Think about it.

To Bling and bettingforfun (I like your name by the way!), I agree partly. I would love to give it a try though, and I'm not saying I'd bank $20 million or $2 million even but it would be cool if I somehow made a decent amount of money. I'd like to do it there because it's legal, mostly. Whereas internet gambling is in that gray area where it is technically not legal but just not enforced, if I am saying it correctly. Maybe I should go out to Vegas and give it a test first, see if I like it, if it's more fun playing at a casino, etc.

Simply put, Vegas is not the type of enviorment where you come to 'test' your skills at gambling/sports-betting...you've either got it, or you don't..Alot of players WIN a lot of money, there's no debate to this, on the flip side, there's more players that lose a great deal more money, All fall into your categorie, as seen by the numerous threads in this forum....your in la la land, wake up before your dream turns into a nightmare. And by no means are you going to be given an OT "for cashing perpetual winning tickets at any Nevada SportsBook, or asked to leave any table game, at any Casino in Vegas/Nevada for winning, actually they want you to stay, and encourage it by compin' the helll out of you, they want one last chance to get their losses back..come out here stay three day's have fun bet some football, and tell the forum what happened...

sports_Network I appreciate what you said, but I'm a little confused on your conclusion because if you read my "numerous" threads which you said I have started, you would see a pretty good win percentage as far as I'm concerned. For example, I'm 9-2 on my last 11 "recommended plays" and I was 6-2 in college football yesterday, which would have been 8-2 if the Georgia football game would have counted as a wager. I appreciate again your sentiment that you think you can not win in the long term, but I believe you are wrong about the stats behind that, the win percentage I have, which I will keep closer track of now to have proof of. I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that I am not winning now and I never thought there was a magic wand to wave over me to make my winning percentage go up. To cut to the chase, it is because gambling is legal in Las Vegas that I would appreciate it more. You being from Nevada, I'm not trying to school you on your town, but maybe I'll make it out there some day.

My reference was to the Las Vegas forum, not towards your individual threads in the betting forums, as witnessed, yes, you're on a winning roll; I never stated 'you're not winning' let's keep this thread in a proper perspective.......
