That kind of $$$ can get you a $1.2-1.7M condo.....you need a representative here.....The golf course properties tend to be some of the best..either in LV or Henderson....I would avoid the Strip with one exception....Mandarin Oriental at CityCenter. You will always have superb resale value; the other properties at CityCenter and elsewhere on the Strip have issues as to current and future value.

Not sure if you&#x27;re joking, but with 700k, you can pretty much what you want and where you want it in Las Vegas right now.  Talk to a realtor, fly down here and they&#x27;ll show you around the valley.  That&#x27;s what I did.

I really appreciate the advice. First off I ve never been to Vegas and I don t go to the states that often either. I live in Japan and was born in Japan. Is there a problem with me asking this question on this forum as well? That comment is simply unnecessary. Secondly, do you know the real estate prices in Japan, Hong Kong, or any of the Asian counties? I do but I guess you know everything.

betyuda......Konichiwa&#xD;&#xA;I live here now.....and, to add to my comments.....the new Mandarin Oriental is spectacular. It is both a hotel and condo residence. I am sure that you are well aware of how the hotel is thought of around the world...my favorite was Bangkok years ago....Since you are Asian, you should have no problem, if the need arises, of reselling your condo. Unless you are looking for a golf course condo, this would be my suggestion.

The amenities that come with a condo are what is important to this person....not having ownership and needing to maintain the property is, obviously a consideration here.

People that have this kind of money to spend usually prefer to have things taken care for them....that is why the condo (and my suggestion of the Mandarin Oriental) fits him.

close to the strip? henderson? summerlin?
high rise? mid rise? 2BR? 3BR?
what you lookin for?
You can get a 2BR 2BA condo in summerlin for around 60K
however something in a posh tower near the strip, say turnberry place or panorama towers could run you around 700K
