I crossed the US/Mexican border maybe 1000 times when i lived in San Diego, Had more than 10K maybe 800 of those times.

Agent:

Anything to declare sir

ME: just some tacos

Agent laughs

Im on my way.

They will never check your person, Even if they send you for a secondary inspection, they still wont check you personally unless you are acting like a real Douchebag.

Declare it just in case because if the check and if you didn't declare, they will keep the money...you will be paying a huge fine before getting anything back. Thats if you are bringing it cash. If you someone get they casino to pay you by cheque, then its easy to bring it without declaring.

Also, we shouldn't have any problems declaring since you don't have to pay tax on casino winnings if you have a full time job.

PLEASE        declare it . only if it more then 10000 , they will only hold you for a few min ,count it, you will sign it , and off you go..&#xD;&#xA;if you won&#x27;t , now it is a much longer delay

My daughter came back from Japan with over 10k in cash American,  immigration did not bother.  She had been on work visa.  I would FedEx it to be sure.  Or money gram.
