I had a few questions about betting during games in Vegas. I some articles about how this is getting pretty big in Vegas
My questions are:
1) I am only interested in making regular bets during games: spread, total, money line. Is this pretty much standard in addition to all the less normal bets you can make during the game?
2) For the online books, they usually only have "in running" betting for the big national tv games? Is Vegas the same way, or do they offer wagering during all televised games?
3) Do you make these bets with a hand held device? Do they differ for each casino, or are they pretty using all the same technology?
Thanks,
JB

While the Hilton offers some ingame betting, the only full action ingame betting is offered by Cantor Gaming and the sportsbooks that they run.
THey typically choose what games to offer by the popularity of the game and the level of betting that it will bring; however, they also have it setup for a wide range of options.....even golf.
THe handheld device is needed due to the speed needed for some of the decisions made during the game.

The sportsbook at the trop(cantor gaming) you bet in-game using the touchscreen at the desk you choose to sit at,you register an account and fund it there, they give you a pin number and p/w and youre good to go.
I didnt use it,just saw it,its a very nice book tho, quite small tbh, screens are excellent,
