There are services you can pay big money for to get up to the minute odds, but that's not worth it for a short trip.

All of the hotels are in fairly close proximity to other sportsbooks that have different lines. Staying downtown is generally a shorter walk to get to 4 different sets of lines.

Obviously, it depends on how much you are betting, too. If you are a Little Leaguer betting, like, $50 a game, it's not worth shopping around.
In the old days, back in the 1970s and early 80's line shopping in Las Vegas was very lucrative - but that was before widespread use of computers and interfacing. Now, they all move their lines in tandem for the most part.

The problem with line hunting in Vegas is the time it takes to go from book to book, even when they are right next to each other. By the time you go from book to book, the line may change. You go to the Bellagio and see the line is X, then you go to Ceasers and see the line is Y. X is the better line so you hustle your behind back to Bellagio. By the time you get there, the line is at Y or even worse. Line hunting in Vegas just doesn't work.
