What am I allowed to take into the sports book and use?
Cellphone?
Laptop?
Binder of Stats?

Wasn't sure as this week will be my first trip ever

I thought cellphones and laptops weren't allowed

I had read on here months ago that they lifted the ban.  It would be nice to have a laptop, but I highly doubted they would let you.  I might just have to call Paris and find out what's up.

I'm not sure about laptops, but cell phones are now allowed.

cellphone ban was lifted, but not kosher to speak on it too often.  could get kicked off for abusing privilege.  i text.  never saw a laptop being used in any book.  would be surprised if it were permitted.

just sent you a friend invite.  will be in vegas starting wed.  would like to buy you a drink -- longtime tailer/admirer, infrequent poster.  staying at the mgm grand.  pm me with contact info if interested.

You can carry your cell anywhere but your laptop may still be restricted to the bar or restaurants.  Not 100% on this as the last time I went was about 18 months ago.

Glad to hear the cell phone ban has been lifted, I got nailed in the Bellagio about a year ago.  Announcement over the loud speaker and suits were up on me before I could blink.  I wasn't aware of the ban at that time.

Much appreciated SBM...totals in CBB/BB is any books major concern.  Guys that exploit bad lines consistently.  They are Aussieguy (now a tout), KGC and kalind (NBA totals - tends to rely too much on steam moves...post seconds before tip). 

34paytonplace deserves consideration in CBB (solid as they come) and FB.  His problem is the amt of games played.  A few others deserving accolades:  AMD, 44-dimes (new, but incredible from what I've witnessed),  TarHeels7703 and Pimp.  Horse Racing would go to Daneish (guys tough).

Waiting for EC's gang to realize you can't play 17 gms a day and it be fruitful consistently.  Major streak players who are in a transe.

Yea i'll accept you.  Appreciate it....definitely up for meeting up.  I'll be at the Paris at least the first day.  Just shoot me a message and maybe we can meet up.

Looks like it's all good.  Only thing he told me he would not tolerate is Cell Phone conversation in line or at the window

I live here and I didn't think paris had a sportsbook
 
I like their neighbor Bally's book.   It's like a sports pitt.   Needs about a million dollar make over though.

Paris does have a book. Not sure what kind of places you like to hang out but you can save alot of money by doing certain things in vegas. for example beers nd mixed drinx are $6 or more in venetian but $1 or 1.50 next door in the casino royale. ghetto yes but who cares its vegas. IMO F Paris. to many jerkoffs with $5 parlays running their mouths and no drink service without having to ask for a ticket. send me a pm i can give you some more places to go depending on what you are into.

The sportsbook at Paris is pretty weak when compared to the nicer sportsbooks on the strip, its right next to the paris poker room which is very small.

I've seen plenty of guys sitting in Racebook section with laptops.Who knows if they are tracking random # generator on the Keno board or halftime totals on ncaa.

Make your way over to the Las Vegas Hilton to bet sports.  It's old and looks like it but it's the best place to wager in Vegas for high limits and most games.

MGM Grand stopped me last year for the cell and laptop and dam near banned me after using my cell phone several times. bol

Just returned from March Madness.  No cell phones and no laptops in sportsbooks (Nugget, Bally's, Bills) et cetera.  You can have all the paper you want, but no cell phones or laptops.  Ballys has mini-t.v.s to watch the games on each table that is available, as well as races. 
 
It was a blast (my 11th year) and St. Patty's day in Old Town (Fremont Street) was amazing that night.  Went out to Red Rock Casino, and though it is far out (in summerlin, about nine miles), the Sportsbook there was enormous.  Probably one of the best in Vegas.   The casino, et cetera, was beautiful.  I lived there about seven years ago for a few years and the area around there has changed a bit. 
 
Stayed the first three days at the Nugget (Saturday-through Tues) and then stayed at the Old B. Coast, now Bills.  $100 a night was a good price for being right down in the action, and the rooms were more than adequate for the time I spent there.  Little nugget in the middle of the strip.
