I recently signed up for an online account at Palace Station. I only works if your phone detects the GPS in Nevada, or maybe Vegas?, but I am curious if they are the only book doing this out here? I would much rather have my comps at a better hotel and Palace seems to lag on putting up the MLB lines. Anyone have any suggestions here?
Thanks!

Can you elaborate on that Bling? I just moved here and have no illusions of beating the book. I am just messing around and was hoping to build some comps at one of the decent properties. The Palace online things works okay but obviously it socks to lay -125 when I see another book has it at -115.

Yes, I got more comps playing a single $20 in a slot machine then I ever got over the years of betting over tens of thousands of dollars on sports in Vegas. Most casinos don't even track your sports betting. The few that do, they don't comp your betting, they just use your players card to track your betting.

Bling is correct about getting much more comp points for machine or table games play than sportsbetting
about the only sportsbook I know that specifically tracks your bets for food & beverage comps is South Point. they are also the most liberal in giving out drink tickets when betting at their book.
they have a phone based system for betting BUT don't know IF they track those bets for comps. others with phone betting are William Hill and Cantor Gaming along with the already mentioned Stations. both Cantor and Stations also have Windows PC accounts available BUT you have to have Cox Cable for the Stations PC system. neither William Hill or Cantor books comp anything
hope this answer is helpful. I use the Cantor Windows PC app and have been pretty much satisfied so far. sure beats "burning gas & hauling azz" to some book every day to bet my small "lottery ticket" baseball parlays

Just grabbed the William Hill pamphlet at The D a few minutes ago. Obviously they have zero comps because they are an outside organization. I will do a little bit more leg work on this and get back to everyone. I was hoping my 2k bankroll would get me free food and maybe even some rooms for my guests. Thanks for all your help fellas!

Let's hope Westgate/Hilton gets an app out at some point. I'll guess 2015.
What Vegas needs is an exchange or some reduced juice.
met new LVH owner David Siegel, president of Westgate corp, at of all places in the buffet by the sportsbook and had an interesting conversation with him and his chief operating Mark Waltrip. suprisingly enough they had a LOT of questions because they want to make the Westgate the most user friendly casino-hotel in town.
Mr Siegel said they were going to do a major renovation to the LVH Superbook and that manager Jay Kornegay had the "green light" to do anything he thought would improve business. I stated to them that they already had the best book for odds and props in most sports BUT needed a phone/PC computer system like Cantor and William Hill and they seemed to agree.
they are also going to make major upgrades to the hotel rooms, convert some to time shares (their major business in Florida) and may even convert some to condos. both men seemed to be very personable and interested in customer service and I was impressed they would take time to talk to some old local geezer and his wife to get their opinions

$2k coin in will get you a buffet. Comps for sports and poker is almost worthless. Get the Sportsconnection App from Stations and sign up for William Hill. Then pick the best line between them. If you bet MLB, favorites William Hill will be the lowest. If you bet dogs, Sportsconnection will give you a higher +. Good luck and welcome to town.
The best time to get a discount or deal is when you sign up for a Players Card. They will usually give you a coupon book with restaurant incentives, free play or $ match, etc.

LVOptiontrader don't forget CG Technology (formerly Cantor Gaming) onlne and phone apps. very "user friendly" and their odds are competetive. have just about everything available online that they have in their in casino books including ingame, futures and props. I have their Windows PC app and have been very satisfied
during the Stanley Cup playoffs last season they had a 10 cent moneyline and I believe they will have that regular season this year. only other 10 cent NHL mobeylineline is at LVH Superbook @ The Westgate (former Hilton) and they do NOT have any online as of yet

Three online sportsbooks in Vegas (well I use Vegas and off shore books)
In Vegas
Station Casinos
William Hill
CG
I use them all because I have missed bets because of traffic, hang over, chicks, and just didn't want to get out of bed a few times.
As far as the lines. I use them to shop lines,,,,big difference with a hook on basketball or a dime line on MLB.
I also use offshore books because they have a better selection of bets and a MUCH better bonus offer to start.
Sportsbook dot pics if you are looking for offshore stuff.
Easy to deposit to Vegas sports books. Just need an ID and cash. I would open the account the day before you need it so you can get used to the betting screen.
