yes have had the app since they introduced it. they did an "upgrade today Thursday August 4th and something got screwed up. the whole Westgate computer system has been down all day. they SAY they are working on it. you can tweet them @LVSuperBook or E-mail their "help desk" @ Superbookmobile@WGResorts.com IF you have problems in the future

I have to say, though, that their "customer service" SUCKS compared to William-Hill, Cantor Gaming or Nevada Sportsbooks (South Point) who ALL have a phone held desk. just another example of freeking Westgate chairman David Siegel runningh his operation on the "cheap cheese and half azz"

the phone app is back up again Friday August 5th. IF you tried to install the "update" while the Westgate computers were down, you may need to uninstall then reinstall the app. that's what I had to do. bunch of freeking "monkey business". NOT very "user friendly"

at least the Westgate "held desk" is answering their E-mails IF you have a problem

this system is starting to really pis me off, that's all I have to say. it's one thing after another......getting set for the NFL contest, hopefully the wrinkles will be ironed out

ya I know, s_N. it is a real pain NOT having a phone help desk @ Westgate like all the other phone accounts offer. also when they DO have problem they usually do NOT put out a tweet advising they are down so THEN you are left wondering IF it is your phone OR their system. like I said, NOT very good "customer service" at least the E-mail help desk will usually answer back

no I don&#x27;t travel much AND I doubt it would work. ALL the phone apps use GPS to identify the location. IF outside the Nevada state boundaries will NOT open the app
