What's the best steakhouse in Vegas?

Havent been to Vegas in a few years and realize how fast things change out there.

Ramsay Steak
Unbelievable Steaks and the creamed spinich is the best I have ever tasted.
and dont forget to order the sticky toffee with the brown butter icecream, to die for.

Also Vick and Anthonys for the Australian Cold water Lobster

Smith and Wolinski's
No BS here just one of the best aged ribeye's you can ever eat.

Vic & Anthony's inside the Beautiful Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas, 
 A personal fav is the lamb chops, steakhouse salad and a glass of red,

Stay away from nine.  Used to be a regular there, but with a new chef etc, its gone downhill.  Try michaels at southpoint(if you can get a table), vic and anthonys at golden nugget, ramsays at paris,  prime at bellagio, or even old homestead at caesars(just opened up there not too long ago and took over neros), originally from nyc, opened one up in borgata which i frequent, and now on their 3rd location.

I would choose the chops, as nc1 said, over the steak at V&A's....and would choose Prime over any franchise/chain operation for quality of beef.. SW at the Wynn also has superb steaks; but I prefer the room and service at Prime over anywhere; it is not "traditional and noisy" as Smith & Wollensky, which I always enjoy; but not the same way.....

Some people "eat" and some people "dine".....for these prices, I prefer dining to eating.

Take it from your name sake....

The sides at Prime far outweighed the steak itself during my last visit.

Have YET to be served a bad steak at Strip House in PH, not cheap but IMO you'll get more for your money than at Gordon's Place

Wow how does anyone not mention STK at Cosmo? Or She at City Center.  STK has been open since Cosmo opening.  Great atmosphere.  DJ plays music always tons of hot chicks as well as groups of single ladies that visit the two bars pregamming for Marquee or a night out on the town

If your Downtown this is a good one and you wont go bankrupt.

Surprisingly, the steakhouse at Circus Circus is very good. The hotel/casino portion are shittholes, but believe it or not the steakhouse is not too shabby

Yes it in fact is. As CovasBrotha mentioned above it has won numerous awards and still gets consistently good reviews. Don't let the "Circus Circus" association scare you off

The casino is an old dump, but the steak house is great. HIDDEN GEM

@CovasBrotha - I gave a disclaimer, but it obviously didn't satisfy you. Cool beans. ...Go have some steak at Circus Circus and then pick up some crack from the drug dealer on your way back to your car, or cab, or - perhaps in your case - the city bus.

When your Family's from Vegas you wind up having been to all the aforementioned joints and they're real good.
They just don't stack up to the Jerry's Nugget deal on Steak - only available between midnight to 4 am. everynight except on big holidays

And every local with taste buds left in their craw will salute you on going there for their humungous freshly peeled and fried (or baked if you know to ask 'em for that way of cookin').
And if you feel lucky, place your Parlay wager there because they've the best multiples for 2 upto 8-teamers.

When your there, ask to speak to "Angelo" and probably settle for speaking to the Casino Manager "Sean" and tell him to call Marty's Cousin - and I'll get the message to come down and I'll get yaz a drink on me.

Oh, and also, about the break-neck fast change out here aint happening Playa.

Starting in September of 2007 things were put on the back burner Buddy, oh Buddy, oh Pal - and but a year thereafter all construction was froze on indefinite hiatus. Sucks for one and all, trust me on that.

But we've been conditioned to believe the Turn out of the damn deep River is yet very possible to Flop in our laps, probably lurks just around the corner of 5th & Pecos here in Paradise County (like two hops from Area 51 & Area 52)

I know the las vegas sun always ranks the steak house at circus circus number one but honestly the wagyu ribeye cap I ate at Gordon Ramsays is the best steak I have ever had in my entire life, no joke and Iv eaten at many many steak houses and circus ranks 7th or 8th in my opinion.
