This is going to be a 10-unit slammer for me boys. I just can't see Sonnen winning 4.5 rounds again in the fashion that he did. Anderson Silva will know all the tricks and will keep his distance in this fight.

I'm not convinced it will be easy. I liked sonnens chances better before the bisping fight. He barely snuck through. His striking was not good. But he has a huge heart. In my mind it all comes down to spiders take down D and I also think spider has to be aggressive early. It will sure be exciting to see how this soap opera closes

My mistake. Minus 275 as of now. I'm basing my pick on the fact that Silva will learn from his mistakes and work tirelessly on his TDD. Sonnen's take downs vs Bisping didn't look like anything near what he did to Silva. This will be a good fight, but I think Silva is just that much better than Sonnen in the striking and BJJ department. Those long legs are able to catch Sonnen again if he's not careful. Lay the juice and let's hope Silva can add another wild finish to his already established highlight reel.

I was thinking of going heavy too until I heard the rumors of his knee injury.
I hate when these stupid foreign fighters fight hurt. American fighters may not have as much talent or athletic ability, but at least they know when they shouldnt be fighting

Last time Silva was so worried about Sonnens TDs he forgot that CS is good, not great, but a good boxer too and outstuck Silva in the standup, what little there was of it.
If Anderson puts more emp. on the standup, mostly boxing, it will make him more vuln. to easy TDs.
Andersons best chance far and away is a Sub again, which is very likely, knowing Chaels past, but with Sonnen working with Vinny Mag. the last 3 months, the best pure JJ fighter in the world and defending Abu Dabi world champion, that Sub may be a little harder to come by this time around.
Should be fun all the twists and turns and hopefully will be fight of year just like it was in 2010.

But despite "that"....even with illegal levels of testosterone, Sonnen couldn't do anything. He has zero power to pose any kind of striking threat. NONE.
I predict a thorough beatdown by Silva at UFC 148. Utter destruction.
