This is my dream fight fellas.Their? styles are completely different which is fascinating .I don't know if Im super impressed with Connor or disappointed with Eddie last night.I do think Connor getting beat up by Diaz their 1st fight made him a better fighter even tho I thought Diaz won the 2nd fight, but that doesn't mean a hill of beans.I think Ferguson vs Connor would be an even more exciting fight...You wonder if The Eagle would've stood in front of Connor last night he would get hurt, but The Eagle on the ground is truly an art.Connor has great take down defense, but if Khabib gets Connor to the ground it's over. What do u think of The Eagle vs Connor?

he was a beast last night, no reason to disappointed in Eddie, he kicked him like 5 times within first 40 secs of fight, he went for 3 takedowns, he tried throwing his right hand, he got clipped, Eddie has a ton of heart of but getting hit several times on the jaw/temple area by Conor is basically the death of the fight
Khabib will end up fighting Ferguson for interim title while Conor is out through this next summer with his girlfriend, he is taking time off to focus on his baby
Khabib has the best grappling in their division, Conor has the best hands, Khabib got rocked several times from Johnson and is not elite while standing, he would have a real problem getting Conor to the ground because Conor is so long and would keep him at bay, I don't think Khabib poses nearly as much of threat to Conor as everyone thinks, Conor would make Khabib look like Eddie did last night, he's just too long and fights at distance so well
Tony Ferguson would have a great chance of beating Conor because he is taller and longer and also elite on the ground, Tony is basically like Nate (not as good as boxing as nate) but some unorthodox striking, he would give Conor some issues in my opinion
Ferguson is the toughest matchup for him, not Khabib
that's my opinion

Much respect for you Wahoo but I disagree. Khabib obsorbed some pretty hard shots from Johnson, who I believe hits harder than Connor. Khabib could take Conor's shots and I believe is far superior to Connor on the ground. I also don't believe that Connor could easily get in Khabib's head.. dude is also supremely confident. Not saying that Khabib would for sure beat Connor, but would give him as much of a run for his money as anyone has.

you could be right, Khabib is a beast so if he got Conor on the ground he most likely could hold him there and pound down shots on him like he did Johnson, I think Conor has the most elite hands in the division though, no fighter has ever made Eddie look like that (not once in his career), that looked like a total mismatch, Khabib has never faced an elite striker with such a reach and distance advantage over him other than Johnson (who is a nice fighter but not near Conor level of precision)
it would be fun to watch
I honestly think Khabib will fight Ferguson for the "interim" title while Conor takes a nice hiatus to be a father, I'd expect the winner to face Conor at MSG Nov 2017

No way the company will allow Khabib near Conor. Khabib would totally embarrass Conor. Conor is a very good fighter, reach, quickly hands and very accurate. Pound for pound, Khabib is the best wrestler in MMA. They will have Khabib face Ferguson for interim. If a Khabib wins, Conor may defend at FW to an aging Aldo or Even fight Woodley at WW before taking on Khabib.

Good points made by all. I think Conor would be the fav vs either. Tony has more "attributes" to get past Conor but I also think Tony is weaker mentally and Conor would have a better chance of breaking him before the fight. Nate and really gassed Chad are the only guys I think he didn't have beat before he stepped in there. Boy Mendes hit him with a few shots that flat KO'd many men(des).
