Was excited to hear Gomi is coming to the lightweight division. He had some pretty exciting fights in Pride .. a few years ago... Thought he would have an easier opponent to build up his name a little. Not sure what the UFC plans to get out of Gomi or this fight. I see Florian finishing this fight, but then what next for Florian? Another shot at BJ? With a Gomi loss, where does he go from there? Why bring in Gomi to face the #2 LW in the UFC in his first fight? Cro Cop, Rampage, Silva all received relatively easy fights when first entering the UFC. I know Leben was a favorite over Silva .. but we all know how that turned out..
