WTF was that stupid move in the beginning.

And why the hell does he think he can play "Sugar Ray Leonard" with a striker. First Maia and now Hazelett.

Are they stupid...or what?????

Maia got knocked out on the first punch man.

Hazelett had a terrible strategy, shouldve closed distance and pulled guard instantly, then game over

Curious as to who suggested the strategy or why he didn't even really attempt closing or takedown.....Give credit to Daley, he took advantage and won quickly.

hazelett wont ever get to be a top notch guy when he has jorge gurjel in his corner game planning for him...  gorjel is a top notch bjj black belt but stands with dudes and thats why he's a nobody..

i agree that the first move he did was retarded, wtf was that...

I hate when grapplers try to stand with a Striker like that, but I guess you never know...

if his strategy was to stand just long enough to make semtex get comfortable then shoot in then i dont blame them cause dustins stand up isnt horrible

but he should have never exchanged in close like that. he should have stayed outside and just pissed with him for a round and then shot in 2nd round

LOL at Jorge Gurgel being a "nobody."

That first move is actually a way to pull guard and take the fight where everyone on here is bitching about him not going....

Nah, that first move was a stupid move that expended energy. That's it. There is a reason why Maia, Big Nog, Mir, and any great BJJ expert don't use it....

LOL....but no one was complaining about Hazelett's sub on Josh Burkman (for what it is worth I have never seen Maia, Big Nog or LOLOLOL Mir (why did you include him here dummy??) "use" that). It was a creative attempt that expended no energy whatsoever. Thinking so is stupid.

lol thats what i said....as long as gurgel is there he wont do anything, thats why franklin parted ways with gurgel

Daley moves forward and Hazelett is easily able to grab and leg and possibly go for some sort of ankle lock, heel hook, etc. He didn't get it so he rolled out of it in order to stay on the defense. It was a fine move, not "idiotic." Also, what did you want Dustin to do? He is a one dimensional fighter that needs the fight to go to the ground while not being much of a wrestler. When his opponent stays on the outside and circles away expertly what do you want him to do? He has no choice but to stand.

Hazlett is one strange cat...no wonder why he used to get picked on as a kid...has to be one of the stupidest fight plans ever...stand and trade with a KO artist...when you are one of the best submission specialists on the planet....WTF?
