chuck liddell got knocked out by rampage when he was 38 and ever since then it was downhill, anderson silva will be 40 in april. In my opinion once you get knocked out, it becomes easier and easier especially when you are around 40 years old. I mean the punch by chris weidman didn't even seem like it was that great, but i know that i could be wrong on this.
Nick Diaz has a very good chin, is 31, and for sure he will take some shots, but i noticed the prop for anderson silva wins by ko/tko is now -137 when it was -125 prior. The only way that nick diaz to me gets knocked out is from taking repeated punches or getting picked apart. In other words if both of these fighters are trading hard shots, i think anderson silva will be the one to go down first.
nick diaz has been prone to cuts in the past but i believe this has been fixed from a surgery he had but either way, as long as you're going to gamble, you might as well get give yourself a chance at a nice return.
I am also daring on the leg of anderson silva. i want him to show me he can be the same fighter that he was before the injury because that is a very high obstacle to overcome. I dare him to use leg kicks because nick diaz has shown in the past he is vulnerable to leg kicks.
i look to go against the prop of anderson silva wins by tko-ko with clean plus money but right now it's only -103. There was a reason why the line for nick diaz opened at +190 and being where it is right now, i think the people who have caused the line to move are giving us types of people a chance at a really good bang, who likes to kill 4 birds with 1 stone?
For now i will do $50 on the nick diaz +400 but i am also considering the +605 prop on inside distance on diaz. Love watching the line movement till the last minute before the fight starts.
