No way it was fixed. Dana can get blamed for questionable decisions on how he treats fighters, but no way would he fix a fight. Would ruin the entire brand.

i'm not sure if the gracie breakdown showed the big mistake that carmouche made or it quite possibly could have been another channel but it nevertheless it showed the mistake that allowed rousey to escape.
liz carmouche is a blue belt in jiu jitsu on top of the fact that she is too small for a 135er. rousey talked about the fact that one of the times that she had to use her strength against an opponent was against liz carmouche, i think she might have said it was the only time. This makes a lot of sense because carmouche to me looks like a flyweight and of course rousey always fought at 145 during her judo days which makes her pretty big at bantamweight.
I understand how you feel that something looks suspect because i am not a fan of ronda rousey, but just goes to show you how bad liz carmouche is. Toughness can only get you so far and among the 4 fighters that she has fought so far, she has lost to all of them.
