Lavado vs. Wojcik - not many finishes between the 2 ladies, might go with "YES - go the distance"
Carpenter vs. Chairez - Carpenter is another strong prospect, like Billy Goff last week, and he gets decent opposition here. Chairez is pretty good muay thai striker who can also wrestle. This is giving me "Goff vs. Smotritsky" vibes from last week in that the underdog Chairez has fought the better competition, but Carpenter has been dominant and looked great doing it regardless of his opponents caliber. Only 2 decisions in 16 fights between the two fighters. I think Carpenter is the rightful favorite and might lock him into a parlay. Carpenter to get a sub is +165 and dropping
Boynazarov vs. Silva - Boynazarov is converted Kickboxer to mma and Silva is mainly a grappler who likes to snatch necks, but is no slouch striking either. Don't think this one sees the final bell...would give the edge to Silva since he's more well-rounded and has been fighting mma much longer. Both guys 34 yo so not exactly young prospects.
Pogues vs. Renato - Renato is pretty unknown, but i've seen some of his muay thai fights. Pogues has been around and even has a win on DWCS that i don't remember. No bet on this fight since Renato is a wildcard.
Borrego vs. Nickal - Nickal looks like he could be Carson Wentz's little brother. He has one professional mma fight, but is a highly decorated NCAA wrestler (3x champion) and well thought of by more than a few former and current UFC fighters. Zack Borrego is here to lose this fight so the UFC can promote Bo Nickal as the next big thing, but the odds are still ludicrous. No bet on this fight
