These are my thoughts and picks for tonights UFC 173 Event
Al Iaquinta -390. Iaquinta is a more skilled fighter than Mitch Clarke. Nuff Said.
Anthony NjoKuani -245 to beat Pichel. I think NjoKuani wins by TKO.
Sam Sicillia -150 to beat Aaron Phillips. Phillips is a good young fighter but is inexperienced. Sicilia is experienced and has punching power which may result in a TKO win.
Here is my two Underdog picks.
+145 Francisco Rivera to beat Takeya Mizugaki. I dont think Mizugaki will be able to stand and go blow for blow with the stand up of Rivera. Has power and has a chance of knocking out Mizugaki. Mizugaki has only one finish in the last six years and some of his wins came by way of close decisions. I think his record is a bit deceiving and Rivera takes care of him tonight.
+240 Katsunori Kikuno to beat Tony Ferguson. Who doesnt love Kikuno. He has a funky style and is exciting to watch. Yes Ferguson has a good chance fo beating him but Ill have to see it to believe it and I dont think Ill be seeing him lose tonight.
