Sergio hates cutting to fly so you may want to watch the weigh-in.
Also, Reem is probably the second most tested fighter in the ufc behind Vitor. Since he's been testing clean, he's 2-3 (winning against Struve and Mir and losing to Rothwell, Browne, Silva). He's been -200 to -400 against all 5.
It's difficult to sub Benson and Gil, but Dos Anjos's BJJ is on another planet than both of them. He's been a black belt for ten years, won a world championship at purple at like 18, and multiple other accolades. I'm still on the fence on this fight, but I highly doubt Pettis subs him. Been wrong though.
I'm not trying to push you off anything, just provide other perspective/info. Good luck!

I'm very high on Sergio after researching that fight. I didn't expect to like him all that much at that price, but it's deserved and I think he gets his first UFC finish there. Agree with OnTheO though, I don't like the weight cut all the much but hopefully he looks good.
Reem over Nelson is scary for obvious reasons, personally I can't bring myself to play a side there. Reem will come to play it smart I'm sure, he's so much better than Nelson everywhere, but -200 on that chin.. eh. Alvey vs Ferreira, only takes one. And Nelson hasn't looked that bad in his last couple IMO.
Hendricks looked to be in his best shape ever in that recent pic, he should get it done I think but I could possibly see Brown winning a decision. I've never been a big believer in him but he hits hard, comes forward and is so scrappy. And arguably won 2 rds vs Lawler. It SHOULD resemble the Condit fight but I think it's hard to say where Brown's defensive wrestling is at.
Agreed on Anthony Pettis, but not in love with the high price. Good luck!!

Brown is one of best live dogs in years at this insane 3-4 to 1 line.
The ONLY thing that worries me is if it goes to dec. and those Texas horrible judges (boetsch vs dollaway and others) get involved to give a hometown dec. to hendriks.
GL on your parlay but boy i cannot see the value in laying big juice vs this never say die confident animal.

You really think so? I like brown and his fighting style, but typically he wins with volume - punishing his opponents into quitting or a decision. I feel like that pressure-forward style falls right into a takedown if Johny is losing rounds or hurt during the fight. You think Brown can sprawl and brawl his way to a decision?

Brown will not be taken down at will but he will get taken down 3-4 times maybe...he has a 67% tdd + Hendriks has one of the worst top games out there, everyone gets up quickly after he gets them down and Brown 2.0 does not stay down very long anyway and is very slick off his back with that triangle with those long limbs along with a sig. height and reach adv.
Brown will be more than ok standing as his volume is high like Hendriks but has much better D. than Hendriks who is pretty easy to hit. I see Brown have great success with that lead lunging right that he loves to throw and that great T. clinch knee game Brown has will work great vs a short Hendriks who likes to get in that position anyway on the cage.
So ya TDs a few but with no follow up will not account for too much unless your in front of those hometown texas incompitant judges is all that counts unfortunatly.

I see it a bit different just because of strength of schedule, but it's still good to think about.
Brown hasn't faced a wrestler of Johny's caliber ever so I think that boosts his TDD and Johny has been facing only world champs for a few years so that diminishes his top game.
On the other hand, I agree that browns guard activity, clinch game, and striking at range could conceivably give Hendricks fits and win brown a few rounds.
Either way, should be a great one. I really hope it's not controversial, but nearly every Hendricks decision is.

Thanks for that ^^
