Martinez vs Cannetti
Two fighter's on the opposite end of their careers. Martinez was supposed to make his UFC debut last weekend against Trevin Jones but was forced too withdraw because his coach died. Canetti is 41 years old and is on a 2 fight losing streak. He's 2-4 total in his UFC career, and in those 4 losses he's been finished all 4 times, 3 by submission 1 by KO. Martinez has good power and switches stances often when fighting which throw's off his opponents. Cannetti at this point in his career doesn't offer much. The real question in this fight will be how Martinez deal's with the emotional loss of his coach one week ago.

Emmers vs Sabatini
Very well matched fight here. Emmer's is the better striker, he's also a good wrestle. Emmer's pulled out of his last fight due to back spasms back stage earlier this year in February. He's 1-1 in his last 2 fights with a UD victory his last time out, and lost a split decision against a very good Giga Chikadze. Sabatini is a well rounded fighter with great wrestling and a very good grappling. He won a UD in his UFC debut back in April. Sabatini's relentless pressure and ability to control a fighter has me leaning his way as an underdog, but don't count out the experience Emmer's.

Aldrich vs Demopoulos
One of the biggest favorites on this card, Aldrich currently sitting around -350. Aldrich depends on her smothering style, and has solid take down's and control. Her striking & power are not her strength and I think she will look too bully and grind out a win here. Demopoulos is making her UFC debut this weekend. She likes to sit in the pocket and strike, but that will be tough against someone like Aldrich, who will look to tie her up and control this fight. Demopoulos has had some submissions on the ground in some wrestling exchanges, so that could be possible in this fight, but Aldrich has solid control when she's on top and that could be an issue here. I will most likely pass on this fight altogether.

Jacoby vs Stewart
This could be a wild fight. Jacoby coming in after a DRAW last time out against Cutelaba, before that fight he was riding a 4 fight win streak. Jacoby is a kick boxer with great power and great fight IQ. He's shown some solid take down defense and will be the bigger fighter here. Stewart is moving up a weight class in this one. He's coming off a loss against Anders earlier this summer, so this is a quick turnaround for him. Stewart has legit power, but he's the less technical fighter in this fight. Stewart need's a win here to get back on track, or he could find himself in trouble. I think Jacoby will be anxious to get another victory after his draw, and Stewart need's a win bad. I smell fireworks.

Alvey vs Turman
Battle of losing streaks here. Alvey hasn't won since the summer of 2018 and is on a 5 fight losing streak. Turman coming into this on a 2 fight losing streak, both losses in the 1st round. Odd's have this as a coin flip currently. Turman came into the UFC pretty highly regarded but hasn't lived up to the hype just yet. Can this be his chance to get back on track? Turman's last fight was in June and was knocked out cold, so its a little suspect making such a quick turnaround. Alvey has some decent power, is very unorthodox and gets sloppy at times. I think Turman will be aware of Alvey's power, and will be a little more calculated this time around. He should look to get this to the ground and mix up his game plan. I lean Turman, but it's always tricky backing a guy coming off a KO loss, especially on such a quick turnaround.

Di Chirico vs Al Hassan
Abdul coming into this fight on a 3 fight skid. Prior too that skid, he was on a 3 fight winning streak, all by first round KO. He has 1 punch power, and leans on his power, which most times gets him into trouble. I think in this fight he has too change something, he has to take a more measured approach and mix things up. Di Chirico on the other hand is a more complete fighter. Kick boxer with solid striking, good kicks, and decent ground game. He's 1-3 in his last 4. I think Di Chirico will look to touch up Hassan, stay at distance and avoid any sort of fire fight. This might frustrate Hassan, and drag him into the bad habits that got him in trouble his last few fights.

Tell me again why Hiestand shouldn’t be here
Because his semi-final was a win over a guy whose knee locked up in the first round and he barely did any damage before it was stopped. He looked much better tonight but he was lucky to be here.
You his boyfriend or something?
