I am mainly looking at value and the last previous fights they have had. Chiesa is on the rise in LW, 6"1 76 inch reach, good standup and a legit threat on the ground. His last performance was spectacular. Dariush on the other hand is the smaller fighter with a lesser reach. He had trouble getting in on michael johnson, mind you johnson moves very well and dips in and out. I can see the same when it comes to chiesa he has an unorthdox style and will use that reach to his advantage. I just cant justify taking a -200 dariush against a talented LW like chiesa. My 2 cents.

Dariush is on a similar rise. I don't mind Chiesa though either. I like the long and lanky guys. Both have hi level ground games. Good matchup, winner moves up pretty high in the rankings

Well in response to Chiesa's length & reach, Chiesa primarily boxes. Whereas Benny's striking is more diverse, his leg & body kicks will nullify the reach advantage of Chiesa's boxing. What Dariush needs to avoid is attempting to work a MuayThai clinch with the taller fighter, he takes alot of damage going for the clinch against guys his height, it wont work out well for him plumb clinching with someone that is 6'1".
Dariush has trouble with speed, we've seen that with johnson & ramsey. Chiesa doesnt have that kind of speed.
Wrestling/takedown(& t/d defense) I see that being equal, maybe a slight edge to chiesa. But once they hit the mat and start grappling (without being stunned by a punch), whether Dariush is on bottom or top, he's going to look like Maia and eat Chiesa's lunch. Benny's grappling is worlds above Chiesa.
I didnt like the -200 line for dariush either, that why ive been watching it and took it at -185, the more it drops then more im gonna pile on.

Dirty is going to dismantle mini Khabib! Bump ba ba ba....
I'm on ferg as well. Dude has been working hard to improve all areas of his game and you can see it in each fight. He game plans well and does a good job at avoiding fighting the other guys style of fight.
I'm hoping khabib has ring rust and thinking that his injuries have possibly kept him from improving his skills and keeping top notch cardio.
As long as Tony can keep khabib from bullying him with clinching against the cage he should do well and out strike him to victory.

Ugh. I was on the Ferguson side of this fight as well.
I also liked Dariush over Chiesa. Dariush has never been submitted and is a brazillian jiu-jitsu black belt. Chiesa's binky has always been that rear naked choke, if he can defend that which I think he will, I think he'll out strike Chiesa and either get the KO or win on the judges scorecard.
