Been a rough start to the year for the fights, lots of variance already. Still can’t believe Mike Mallott’s Rd3 at 297 few weeks ago.. To cap off an 0-7 night for the hometown Canadians on the card, just brutal. Onto a new week…
Main Event:
Joe Pyfer ML -225
For those of you that haven’t seen Pyfer before, man are you in for a show. Headlining his first main event, you will see the “Be Joe Pyfer” clip shown multiple times on the broadcast. Dana White loves this guy and the ufc is setting him up for success with this matchup. Coming off a submission win against Al Hassan, Pyfer showed his skills on the ground in addition to the power we know he has on the feet. His opponent, Jack H is a vet who has the experience advantage in the octagon. Despite that, he is outmatched both on the feet and in the grappling department. I see Pyfer dictating where the fight takes place and finding a finish inside the first 3 rounds.
Pyfer by KO/TKO +100 // Pfyer ML -225 x U2.5 rounds -150 // Pyfer ITD prop

Another banger of a fight here: Gregory “Robocop” Rodrigues ML -250
Robocop has an excellent standup game as well as a huge advantage on the ground against his opponent, Brad Tavares. The Inside the Distance prop (ITD) for Robocop has very good value. Tavares struggled in his last matchup with the corpse of Chris Weidman, before that, a KO loss to Bruno Silva. Robo poses much more danger than either Silva or Weidman presented and I see him capitalizing and finishing a broken Tavares in under 2 rounds. Another way to play the fight is ML x U2.5 rounds parlay as well. Sprinkle Robocop rd1 rd2 finish props
Rodrigues ML x Pyfer ML 2 leg parlay

Very linear striker vs grappler matchup here vs Viera. This fight got rebooked and I like Armen the first time around, not changing my pick here. If you can play a double chance prop, by KO/TKO or Dec is likely. Lean O1.5 rounds but Petrosyan is very live for a KO the longer he strikes with Viera.
The hedge for this would be Viera by submission, as that covers most of his win equity. Bol everyone
