FYI- Just now on the UFC pre-fight show on Fox Sports 2 Rashad Evans said that he trained with Steve Bosse a while ago and that Bosse has no ground and that from what he heard he still hasn't gotten any better since then. So I added this prop: Thiago Santos wins by submission (+1100) $15.00 for $165.00.

I think they trained back in 09 for what it's worth, but I'm still on Thiago regardless. He may have improved but he's a hockey enforcer turned UFC brawler, so his lack of wrestling isn't surprising. Bosse retired prior to his planned UFC debut and gave a speech about the rage not being in him anymore, etc. I don't know what re-lit that fire that died inside him previously, but I'm not buying it.

Yoel Romero saved the night for me. I had several other good pre-fight picks but threw away some of my profit on a few bad live bets. I really thought the Silva/Gonzalez scorecards were going to be a lot closer. Betting on hockey goon Steve Bosse was just a bad idea in general. But my FOTN pick came through for the second UFC card in a row and with Soldier of God's KO putting me well over the top I can''t complain about ending with a decent little profit.
