How do you let a guy get choaked until the bell and he's giving the thumbs up..then call a TKO after the fight is over. Marib was robbed of a win...he dominated the fight except the last 40 seconds.

Kinda bs ending . If the ref think he is out then call it before the bell. You can't go back after the bell and said yeah he was out and I forgot to signal it.
Ufc with its bs again. I dont mind ref thinking he's out and call it but you can come to a decision that has put AFTER THE BELL .

Exactly....if he thought he was out he should have called it long before the bell. That was a fix type looking shit that gets me fired up. Especially when I'm on the wrong side...LOL!

But ref should have call it instead of waiting after the bell which make no sense

I asked NJSAC’s Nick Lembo if he could explain the controversial finish of the Simon-Dvalishvili fight: “You can’t be saved by the bell, even in the final round. At the end of the fight, and yes after the bell, (Merab) lost consciousness so the loss is TKO due to technical sub.” (Continued) “... Merab was out. (It was) very clear to those cageside.”

so why sometimes fighters were safed by the belt at the end of the round at they were few secondes to tap out with very few chance to excape from the seizure, it makes no senses.
and I know they could used the replay for this ufc event, but decision was gived quickly after so the decision was not took because the replay.
ufc should make all fights more reals and don't inser rounds in their rules.
ufc should be an entertaining sure but also a way to improve mixed martial art for self defense people ( like Formule1 and motogp do for motorcar and bike)
