@undermysac Let’s not kid ourselves here
I am going to try and limit my plays in the regular season.
Really I'm only up 13.45U as 3U is my average betsize. My 3U is everyone else's 1U.
NYY and LAD tomorrow are both laying -205 "Starters" for both LAD and NYY are not announced.

Pitt@NYY -205 tomorrow
Seeing Kuhl scheduled for Pitt, no one for the Yankees. That line is saying Gerrit Cole. If the Yankees by any chance put a southpaw on the mound, I'll bet 2 units on the Bucco's.
Detroit@Philly -140
Seeing Boyd for Detroit, no one for Philly. That line is saying Aaron Nola. Once that is announced, I'll wait for added value on the Tigers. I'm not getting off the train to D town any time soon.
Padres-130 @ Colorado
As much as I want to bet on MacKenzie Gore, the Padres are too pricey here. Austin Gomber is frigin good, one of the pricey chips the Cards had to give up for Arenado. If this game was a regular season deal, 1st 5 inning under gold here.
Alex Cobb is pitching for the Angels tomorrow. Hard to believe that he's 33 all ready. His early days with Tampa were awesome, then he got hurt and missed a year. Was never the same, went to the Orioles to further ruin his career, and got hurt again. Any hope with the Angels? The Angels pitching has been atrocious this spring. But that lineup is dangerous and I think they are going to be an over team, even in Anaheim. Their arms are that bad, especially in the bullpen. Bundy should be good again, but after that it's a crap shoot. Quintana could be sneaky good. His ERA and FIP didn't match last year, the nerds would expect a better year. The new park will be friendlier to him than Wrigley. What to expect from Ohtani? How much of a work load can he handle. He's throwing super hard this spring. Canning is still young, so there's optimism I would think. Heaney is 29, and I don't think any magic is going to happen for him. He is what he is, and that is average at best.
Surprise team to watch out for possibly is the Brewers. Would it really shock anyone if they won the NL Central?
The Cardinals should be excited about Arenado, but in reality, is he alone going to propel this offense out of the cellar? I say no. They could "maybe" get close to middle of the pack offensively. I'll believe it when I see it. Last year they had 650 total bases, dead last in the MLB. Compare that to 1001 of the #1 Braves. What's Arenado going to add? 25?
I believe that I'm going to be right about Zach Davies as a Cub this year. Him and Hendricks are going to frustrate the hell out of batters in a state of high velo baseball.
I want to root for Toronto this year. I like the players they have and should be fun to watch. How will NOT playing in Toronto affect them? Where the hell are they calling "home" anyway? It's a shame if this throws them off, cause I want them(and all the other AL East teams) to kick the Rays ass this year.

The ump plays a smaller part, but I look at it. The ump could sway me in laying -120 or more sometimes. Or, let me take a chance on a better juiced prop of +110 or more.

the regression of Goldy won't be propped up by the signing of Arenado

@barneybeans
did you see the Dodgers call off the dogs in the 2nd I believe when they had 2 on 1 out? that move might save my Reds wager.
Maybe

I confess to looking hard at two favorites this morning, Nationals and Blue Jays.
Also two dogs, Cubs and Brewers.
Your thoughts?

Detroit +120
Key, take all of Boyd's #'s from last year and throw em in the trash. He pitched through 2 injuries like a true IRONman. He's healthy now. Howard on the bump for Philly.

And they still have the annual mid summer vacation trips to the DL for Stanton and Judge to look forward to. My A.L. East secret team is looking better all the time.

According to Boone, Britton was diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last two months, which affected his preparation for Spring Training. Britton told The New York Post that he had COVID-19 in January and that it “hit me pretty good. I lost a good amount of weight.”
Meh, he will out at least 1 month, they will know more after the surgery. It will be interesting to see how the bullpen will look, for the Yankees, given they've lost 2 big pieces in Kahnle and Ottavino, the latter being traded just to clear salary cap, so they can get under the luxury tax.
As for the injuries, imo we will have to wait and see, as far as I know NY changed their physio team after that dreadful 2019 season, when they must've beaten the record for how many players their had on the IR list, so maybe it wont be another riddle injury season, 2020 was too short to make a difference.
Judge said he will change his approach to training and games, in order to avoid injuries, but Stanton must be made of glass, I just don't understand how he can be so fragile. He is part of the wealthiest sport organization on the face of this planet and he can't play for 3 months straight, without having an injury. One would think he would have access to the best trainers and diet experts, unless he is careless and doesn't follow all the advice he is getting, either way, what a waste of money...
