I just wanted to know if any of you USA players have received your cash out balance from 5 DIMES as of yet. I requested my balance through bitcoin Friday which was the 11th and the money is still sitting in the account. Yet they say accounts with a remaining balance after Sept 25 will be transferred to a third party claims administrator. Good luck getting your money if it comes to that option. I don't like how this is shaping up for us to get our money. Hope I am wrong. GL!

Idle you are probably right, but just think I requested my payout on the 11th, it's the 17th now so guys waiting til the last minute definitely won't make the cut off. Their money will be transferred to that 3rd party claims and I just don't trust any parts of that. You won't be able to deal with Dimes anymore about the matter anymore because they have basically washed their hands of the situation. They have created an out to keep all this money and save face. Just saying.

You got me thinking, so I did a live chat to update my home address, phone #, etc... I got to email that stuff to them quickly, so I can get on it myself.
I would do a live chat, ask them if there is any time frame you may expect to receive the bitcoin... and/or email them at to info@5dimes.eu I'm sure they will respond, I'd do both and see if the response matches up.
Even when they transfer to the third party, as long as your contact information is updated and correct - I would expect we will all receive our funds, just delayed.
If they really are rebranding and attempting to enter the US market - stiffing us would not be good - word of mouth can still be best form of advertising.
They held an A+ rating on Sportsbookreview, I'd say we are okay. Their sister site is Betanysports.eu - same software, lines, etc. I was going to load them up tomorrow, perhaps I'll wait a couple weeks to see how all this shakes out.

Rumors have circulated for months now about slow pay outs at 5Dimes. I can't personally say , as I pissed away what i had in there months ago. i do know somebody trying to take a lot out , and let's just say it's not going well.

I have cashed out a number of times with 5Dimes, always a cashiers check for $1000+. My account is currently under that amount so my options are Bitcoin or MoneyGram. Waited on the phone over an hour yesterday before they answered. Asked for aMoneyGram since I have never done Bitcoin. I know, old school. Well, they will only give you half of your balance a day and you have to wait 8 days to request the rest. That would take me right up up the cutoff date. I asked for half and they then told me they reached their limit for the day. Imagine my attitude at that point. I guess I’ll jump into the Bitcoin world. Hope we all get our money.

They said all withdrawals will be completed by the 30th. They normally take less than 48 hours and I've even been paid out in less than an hour before to Bitcoin. I wouldn't worry yet.

they recommend bitcoin. i dont think moneygram will be available. these are for low balances. there may be more payout options for high balances. better to pay 3% fee and get bitcoin, it may go up and you can avoid paying fee too

Only have a couple hundred there, debating if I should try and run it up over the weekend (x2 / x3 or bust), or just keep doing my thing...

Are they doing anything extra for verification they usually just ask account number , email, address, and pin hope they don’t pull any stunts like you need to re send in verification or anything stupid

I only made a $250 deposit on opening day.... I had it more than doubled up, but started sliding on MLB the past week and a half.
