The Mets have scored 6,11,7 and 10 on Mondays this month. Obviously the Rangers are still struggling but they just put up a couple big back to back games. They only won one of those games so it's still early to know if they've turned things around after their two week slump, but given these run stats I'm willing to take a gamble on the over in this one.
Reds ML
The Reds just had their best hitting week of the month which resulted in a 4-3 record. We were able to perfectly time their bats going cold last night cashing in on the under. With that being said, the data is telling me there’s a decent chance they will bounce back tonight. The Giants on the other hand averaged 4.5 runs last week which resulted in a 2-4 record which tells me their pitching hasn’t been great. They’ve also struggled to put back to back big games together from a run scoring perspective. The Reds could potentially run away with this one.
Astros vs. Red Sox under 9.5
This one could catch all those “ez money” bettors with their pants down. Both teams combined for 13-1 favoring the over last week and are 21-4 the past two weeks. With that being said, I’ve mentioned this before about teams scoring 12+ runs coming back down to earth the next game. It happened to the Phillies and the last time the Astros put up 12, they followed with 0 and the last time the Red Sox put up 17, they followed with 4. It’s likely that this game is going to have a playoff type feel and hopefully the pitching rises to the occasion.
