One of the more unlikely events that has happened this season. The "why" is pretty clear to see.
Hitting has improved. More reps and work is starting to pay off for this very young team.
Pitching has improved. Today is a prime example of that with JP Sears. His metrics are as good or better than Peralta.
I posted yesterday that the A's have the 4th best batting average with RISP in the league in the month of June. Up there with Texas and the Devil Rays.
The A's are, again, +170 today and that is huge value.
Take the RL if you want insurance at +1.5 -120.
One run games happen at around a 33% clip in most seasons.
Milwaukee has a .523 winning percentage. The A's are playing at an above .500 level. You are getting huge value here.
A coin flip or better advantage for the A's at +170.
These numbers say 5 in a row is a strong possibility.

good luck valedictorian but I think your wrong on this one b/c Peralta has been lights out at home and Millwaukee trying to prevent sweep.

A's to the Bank, Sears is not going to want to be the one that loses the streak as im sure the A's locker room is having fun for the first time this season....things are a lot lighter in the locker room, this team never quit and beat atlanta twice recently as well....Milwaukee much over rated??

Fujiami (or whatever his name is) has proven to be a stabilizing b.p. influence after getting bombed as a starter, a huge boost as A's let many games slip away late.

He was okay yesterday but he almost blew the game again for them today with his walks. Crazy how this guy was ohtanis rival in Japan and was considered a bigger star than him back in the day. Idk why he can’t hit the strike zone in the United States lol
