Slade?
Anyone?
Always seems the team who blew a ninth inning lead come back strong at least if they are similar or better than the team they lost to.

I know teams who lose when they are up like 4-5 or more at some point in a game do bad the next. But I can swear the 9th specifically they comeback and win after blowing it. But I got so many numbers and systems in my head and not the actual numbers I might be mistaken.

imo
all anecdotal .......
In all sports......but especially the one's involving day to day competition......
The lower end teams have a much harder time getting past/overcoming a late loss. They know wins are hard to come by. When they puke one away late, I think they feel more devastated. And might even still be kicking dirt into the next game.
At the same time, some shiit teams with shiit players and a garbage organization......don't have any heart in the first place. I think that comes into play more later in a bad season. They just quit. Late loss or not.

On Sunday 7-7 , Pittsburgh blew a 2-1 lead in the 9th and lost 3-2.
They came back and beat the Mets 8-2 yesterday.
They were -118 in that game . So maybe the time to fade a team in this spot is when they are a dog the next day.

@Runnin Mitch
I was interested in that kind of bounceback trend as well -- and then CWS bullpen blew the game @ Miami two games in a row. The first loss wasn't the 9th, but I'm sure it still sucked just as much for the starting pitcher and field players to watch.

I don’t have that info, but would be nice to have.
