Dodgers, Tigers, Cardinals, Rays, Red Sox, or Nationals to win 2014 World Series. -110. -130 the 6 wont win it.

I cant see how one of these 6 WONT win it? Who the hell else could win?

Looking to unload 5k on it......love futures like this. Hit the NFL with the same type of wager this past year......

It seems like a good bet but in baseball its also so tough...IMO i think youre only getting 4 teams to win it all.....the dodgers and tigers are one or two key injuries away from not being able to compete

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Giants, Indians, Rangers, Braves, Reds win it

this is baseball where anything can happen. but this year will belong to derek jeter and the yankees.

The Red Sox win total was under 80 last year, so not a chance in hell they were part of the list.

First off, there have been PLENTY of years where someone other than a top preseason team won it. (including last year with the Sox)

Second off, what book is going to give you 5 grand on a bet like this? The maxes are usually pretty small.

I dont know about last year.

I have a local who uses a PPH. These are my limits. I have a 5k max wager on anything I want. halves, whole games, futures, etc.

like i said i made a similar wager in the nfl this year, big 5. packers, 49'ers, seahawks, pats and the broncos. needless to say, i had the final 4 and guaranteed winner. I know bases is different but it seems like the top teams are really loaded........just cant see them 6 not winning it but i know anything can happen

Figured it had to be through a local as it's almost impossible to get 5k on a future through an online book, unless it's through multiple re-bets. It's an interesting prop, I like the fact they have the option for both sides which at least makes it close to true value.

I see at least 6 teams that could bring on your heart attack or stroke, whichever is the flavor of the month around here. In the National League the Braves or even possibly the Mets could wreck your plans by not even allowing the Nationals to advance to the playoffs. You have NO AL West teams in there and 3 or 4 of them could derail you. Rays and Red Sox negate each other since they come from the same division. jmho. BOL

I have a few weeks before the bet gets closed. Wanted to post it here and kick it around with a few people. I may lower my wager in half or maybe even down to 1k. You guys have given out some good advice and made me remember that anything can happen.
