You have to watch Bovada like a hawk. They have pulled a couple BS moves on me. Copy all transactions into your own documents IMMEDIATELY after placing a bet.
I want to stick them good and move on.
The checks take about 1 week(ish).

And Bovada profiles players giving them crap lines based on previous play history, fav teams etc. They don't even have the decency to use technology hide this from players that know how to look.

I second this , last college basketball season I placed a significant bet on a team and they switched my bet, make sure you copy or photograph every bet, they are sneaky

I use Bovada as well, and I agree with never having any trouble. Ive never had an issue with it at all.
Although I will tell you if you are making a bet and the line changes (for example -110 to -100), Bovada will take the bet with the placeholder odds you originally had. If it was in reverse however, (-100 to -110), they just say the bet didnt go through, and you have to make new wager with the correct odds.

"...While negotiating such, it became apparent that Bovada was displaying different spread and o/u lines to each of us for the same game. So, we both logged out of our respective account and logged into each other's account in order to confirm the differences. Indeed, when my buddy logged into my account, he saw the lines that I had been seeing, and when I logged into his account I saw the lines that he had been seeing. I know that lines are different from one sportsbook to the next, but is it appropriate for Bovada to be offering different l.ines on the same game to different players?..."
"What's the deal with Bovada offering dual lines (one line for a newcomer but a different line for someone logged in or with a cookie reflecting that they had been logged in)? It seems like a pretty shady business practice. Will you openly admit to the practice?"
"so Bovada is double dealing me lines now and charging me an extra 5 cents on my underdogs...
anyone know if i bet some favorites now if it will go back eventually?
(ive confirmed the double dealing with multiple poker/sports friends who also play on the site)"
"they are also paying me 5-10 cents less on all underdog moneylines....seems mostly for football, i dont think its screwing with my baseball yet....even though thats what ive played mostly on the site."
"No, they will never go back. They've had dual lines for over a decade; it's common knowledge, not a secret.

Bovada is also a place where if you start to win a good deal of money they just slap ridiculous limits on you or straight cut you off, "sorry your action is too aggressive for us".
I won't mention the other places in this Bovada thread nor will I mention the 2 or 3 "sharp shops" that take sharp action and don't limit you to $10 max bets if you start cleaning up. You can search for that yourself or ask in other threads...

That's odd they offer different lines to different people. What I find concerning is them cutting people off if they win too much. What's considered too much? At what point will they tell a winning bettor enough's enough.

i have won $40K with them on online Blackjack. So has my buddy, once for 15k and another for $20k just 2 weeks ago. They will payout fast with bitcoin and smaller in check withdrawals. I know it doesn't sound real to win that much money on online blackjack but I know at least 3 people now who have done it. I will tell you this though, I was up to $50k and climbing and all of a sudden it felt like they flipped a switched and I got cracked with 21s and blackjacks 10 hands in a row and lost with 20s left and right or something ridiculous like that. I called and went off on them and complained how that is mathematically impossible to do that. They sent me my betting log for each hand and you can see the crazy hands the dealer won with. After an hour on the phone they refunded me $500! Because I told them they cheat! I also threatened to report them to online sites for cheating me. Why would you pay someone $500 not to complain if you werent cheating. The point of this is, if they see you winning large sums they will do whatever they can to stop the actions. I started out playing $50-$200 a hand as I started winning I was playing between $500 to $1000 a hand and won that sum in 3-4 days of on and off short playing streaks.so it was back and forth pretty quick in short periods of time but I have not been able to repeat that performance again from that one week that I killed them. They will also stop the game and switch you to another dealer which they have done, not sure how that makes a difference since it's not a live dealer but they do all kinds of funny sht

haha yup extremist I think anyone who has played a considerable amount of bj on bovada completely understands the "switch" you are referring too. Shady af but they are better than a lot of other places still. I consider it personal whenever I am running a roll on there.
