Here's my story. I only use bovada because I don't mess with bitcoin, I've looked into it, I just want a convenient credit card deposit. They had a nice 100% match bonus up to $250 in February so I reloaded for the upcoming baseball season and March Madness here and there. $250 plus $250 match for $500 total. So 6 months later and I've been all over it since baseball started I was even wagering on Nascar in the meantime lol. I look at my account today an they deducted $349 and it says "bonus closed" under transactions. Apparently the bonus had a 6 month expiration. I just spent an hour on live chat with them and they say they can't extend my bonus. I explained that i deposited in February for upcoming baseball season having no idea what was about to happen in the world with Covid 19 and everything, was very polite. It went up to the supervisor and was denied and offered a 50% deposit bonus with bitcoin which was already available to me anyways. They can't explain why they took the extra $99 of MY money either they claim it was all bonus. What a bunch of scumbags, I honestly can't believe it. They really are that low.
Well rant over, thought I'd warn you guys. I've never had a bonus expire, not even close, honestly had no idea it was about to either. Does anyone have any online non bitcoin reccomendations. Much appreciated.

I'm more of a recreational bettor but I wager on a few different sports, trying to hone my skills. I have good self control and I always make it past the roll over no problem, I get a kick out of getting to the free money at the end of it, It was a 10x rollover and I was already at 50% done with a couple weeks of baseball and nascar starting in may. i can deal with taking the bonus but an extra $99 for no reason is total bullshit.

My plan is to get the $99 back and withdraw. I'm out F them shady mf'ers lol and yeah their lines suck, I only like them for convenience and the live wagering, which I don't do much but it helps for a nice safety bet on a parlay.

Sorry to hear that brother . I have been using Bovada for over 6 years and never had a problem . I don’t understand why they would do that to you? Did they explain in detail why? You say you deposited it in February for baseball season that never started due to c-19 right? But does that put a hold on the actual bonus? I don’t think it did. Was baseball the only sport you could bet on with that bonus? Because if it wasn’t then I think it’s your fault that you let it Expire. You should have either 1. Bet on other sports that was going on during covid or 2. Cancel the bonus . Again sorry to hear that man but that’s what I think went down brother.

You're right they had Russian ping pong going but unfortunately I'm not too keen on that, the ignorance is my fault I guess lol. They had Nascar which luckily I know well, I bet on that a lot, but I'm not going all in every race with so many variables from cautions and wrecks. The best car and driver could get taken out by a rookies mistake at any time. I was at 50 % after a few weeks of baseball, I did my best. I'm not sure if you can cancel a bonus with them, either way I didn't even realized there was a time limit on it, much less one during a worldwide pandemic. I've used them for 6 years also, but not anymore. I just withdrew. They screwed over my buddy a few years ago on a UFC bet on Erick Silva to win by ko/tko at huge plus odds, they apparently made a mistake on the lines and removed his bet but would not remove a safety bet he had on the other side. Guess what? Erick Silva smashed him in the first round by KO like he predicted and all he got was the lost wager on the other side. One good thing I can say is I had no problems cashing out ever. I've had wagers disappear that won and one was a good parlay hit. They asked me for the 15-20 digit wager reference number, like who writes those down lol? without it, it's like my wager never existed, just vanished into thin air. If i was ever close to hitting a big parlay, I sure wrote it down and screen capped it after that. This was the last straw for me. Trying Mybookie atm.
