On the season, Matt Cain has an 6.49 ERA, 7.00 in his last 3 starts. Both starting pitchers have gone over the total in 4 of 6 games.

Thanks for the recent info PurpleSmoke but regardless of those stats these teams are traditional Under teams at a traditionally Under park with a traditionally Under pitcher (Cain).
While I think it will go Under I'm hoping for Over now that I missed my price and not betting the game.

And yes, I think Cain will be just fine. Velocity only down about .6mph, as he was at the beginning of most of his years. He should be expected to lose a bit at his age, but not nearly enough to inflate the HR #s as much as they have, about 40% of his base-runners are scoring. He'll level out IMO.
Although... for a fly-ball fastball pitcher maybe any loss in velocity could be very damaging. Lots of hard-hit flys so far.
