Back 2 back inning with bases loaded and come up empty

If the cubs lose today will take them tomorrow to avoid the sweep.

P Skenes already with 54 pitches in 2 innings. He won't last pass the 5th with that rate.

That's the approach,  contingency plans

 I don't have the cubs tonight i had pitt last night because LVTruck was on them big.

I know I'm in the same situation,  I sitting and  hoping for part 1 Pitt beats Cubs and part 2, Cubs antisweep with Imanaga.  But I was also hoping for Philly to beat Toronto and that's not likely, so I get 1 of my scenarios to play out that's good enough for me 

Leaning that way....

 Oops sorry man I not mean to come into a Cubs play, I not on either side, just playing out scenarios,  no hard feelings, had I realized at the moment I wouldn't have said nothing

Well that's fine by me, that others won't play it, but in my mind it should be -300.  But even better all my other scenarios came to fruition in part 1, so I can follow through part 2, Toronto,  Milwaukee,  and Cubs

Not so fast Milwaukee is going to have a brutal stretch of 10 games against good teams, they could easily go 2-8 and Cubs go 9-1, make up 7 games in 10 days

Well I legit wouldn't made any sort of allusion to having a bet on the other side if this was clear cut Cubs thread.

IL never understand why someone would intentionally go into a thread where others are on the opposite side.  Clearly they're looking for controversy... if someone is on the other side I want them to lose 10000% of the time. 

That's why I can't watch games in public cuz of someone is cheering the other side I of course hope they lose and a multitude of other calamities to fall their way.  

But false cheer and chaos is the the majority.

 Yeah.... Milwaukee would need to collapse at a historic level... Cubs with the Yankees and Dodgers upcoming

Cubs need the wildcard. Also less than 5% chance 

Not sure if they rebound in the last game against Pittsburgh, but odds of making the playoffs are extremely unlikely
