Cubs/Pirates Insites?

Any idea why the line here is so low (7.5) ? Seems like cubs bats are fire and this is an obvious take. Just wondering if I'm missing something

The winds at Wrigley field are so strong due to their close proximity to Lake Michigan that there's no telling where a fly ball might land.  I once saw a pop up that looked like it was headed to 2nd base, and 1st baseman had to run to the first base dugout to make the catch 

There have been games where the wind is blowing in so hard that the final score was 1-0 in 13 innings.

I'm debating whether to do cubs runs over 3.5 or first 5 innings under 4.5 

This Cubs offense was incredible last 6 games and 8 of 9, I mean they were destroying good pitchers but it was all on the road.  And depending on how the wind plays, if a hitter squares one up and it just dies on the warning track it can really mess up his game 

This Cubs team is playing like it wants that wildcard or division.  Last year they collapsed in September so they have that experience to draw upon
