Detroit F5 on the RL -1/2 @ -110
Fulmer has started 10 games on the road this season and the Tigers are 8-2 in those 10 games. The only time Fulmer was really knocked around on the road was his first start of the season at Cleveland, where the tribe roughed him up for 5 earned runs on 10 hits in 5 innings. His other road loss was to KC, but he only gave up 1 earned run and 5 hits in 5 2/3 innings. His ERA away from the friendly confines of Comerica is 2.42 and opponents are hitting .220 against him.
Jacob Turner, taking the hill tonight for the White Sox, is a journeyman, playing for his 4th team in 5 seasons. He sports an ERA of 5.14 for his career winning 11 while losing 26. his career WHIP is 1.48. I think the Tigers will win the F5. I know the Tiger bats have been rather cold lately, but if there was ever a time for them to get healthy, it would be tonight facing Turner. As always, GL if you follow..
