Both the dodgers and the cubs batting a putrid .223 against righties in their last ten and I don't see offensive fireworks sparking today. In nolascos last start against the cubbie on august first, he went 5 innings allowing 4 hits and 3ER while striking out six and walking 1. All of those runs were surrendered by the long ball. Hairston is the only dodger batting better than .300 against edwin in their career. Edwin is 3-1 with a 3.62 era against the dodgers in the last ten years, Nolasco is 6-2 with a 3.19 era in that same span. Both of these men can be hit, but both have impressive WHIPS in their respective category, edwin boasting a 1.39 whip on the road with nolasco toting a 1.23 WHIP at home. Any intelligwnt feedback is welcome. Lets get this.
