If Dusty pulls a usual Dusty this time of yr the Phils are the play. Pulling Russ Ortiz in 2002 ws, the cubs and their fans blamed Bartman for their 03 collapse but the truth is they were a poorly coached and fragile team that made tons of mistakes after the alou/bartman incident. Dusty’s reds blew a 2-0 lead in the ‘12 div series losing 3 in row to his old giants team. As skipper of the Nats his teams blew series leads back to back yrs because they were poorly managed for that time of yr. So if dusty pulls a usual dusty performance I’m all in on Phils

Pulling for Phillies since they beat my Cardinals which screwed my +3500 future bet on Cardinals to win WS this year! Not a Dusty Baker fan and sure Vegas doesn't want Mattress Mack to collect either! Still think Astros have a chip on their shoulders this year to prove they can win without cheating so leaning Astros to win it all and game 1 for sure. Good luck guys

Dusty has had a career of being hot garbage. Brought in by two teams to babysit their juicer and couldn't do that right. To really experience his complete ineptness one only had to watch his brief run in front of the cameras between jobs. (Not to mention his constant puking of quality teams). If he had less melatonin he would have been out of baseball two decades ago.
I agree 100%. Anybody who will wear a covid face diaper for the 1st three innings of a game , then trade it in for a tooth pick isn't all that smart. The fact that Martin Maldonado has started 80% of the games since the Astros acquired Christian Vazquez tells me all I need to know about the intelligence of Dusty Baker. That being said, pitching wins games, and the Astros have it in spades.
