0 have picked the Yankees

I have never seen such a difference in opinion in one game before.

I love it...Tigers in a romp 9-1 over NYY today

I have $50 on Detroit ML -118 so it's not a big deal to me if it loses but damn...

Never seen such a disparity in one game before

Not ONE single capper has picked the Yankees in their pick thread...

32-0 at last count...every single thread that pops up has Detroit as their pick...it's crazy...ZERO for Yankees

Its not like the yankees havent faced price before...i think the line is low and its screamingg tigers here imo but i just see a repeat of last night

We have seen more than a few pitchers move to new teams over the last couple weeks.  One thing I like to fade is a distraction to the key players.

Imagine you have a home, maybe family in a house, kids in school... and suddenly you are living in a hotel room, or friends house in another city.  Your entire routine is messed up.

Now go out there and throw a gem!

Not happening, more times than not.

Time counting picks on this message board is arguably better than any capping you can do.  Consensus numbers do not give you this kind of intel.

Man..just want to say sorry in advance for being the nerd with his hand raised, but my ocd would not let me stay quiet.  I let the first one slide with the "never seen such a difference of opinion," but then you came back a few posts later and you had "never seen such disparity."  Neither of these statement would apply to a one sided pick as they are showing no difference of opinion and disparity is at 0.  Good luck with Detroit. Staying away from that game myself as Kuroda hasn't looked bad lately and I don't trust Detroit's bats and Yanks bullpen playing much better that the tigers.

dislike these type of games to bet on, the value of Price here seems to good to be true. My lean would be on Yankees, but who knows. Thats why Im staying out of this one.

I would never bet on a game where someone is pitching the first time in a new team. It's too risky. There is a good point made above how such a move can disrupt lifestyle and add strain.
Line is going markedly towards New York much the same as last night. Most people who played Detroit will most likely be beaten by the line and that's not good thing in the long term. Sometimes the line is a good indication of what will happen, sometimes it is not, but its there and has to be given consideration if anyone is to make late plays.

I personally wouldn't recommend anyone jump on Detroit with large cash unless they can justify know why the line is so low on Price and still see a solid Detroit outing.
