If starters are able to make it through early bullpens should take over in a winner take all game. Darvishs 4 days rest and Yamamoto padres numbers are the key but in a game 5 nerves and tightness can take over. Give me under 8 and Darvish over 4.5 strikeouts vs dodgers is 13-4 so 5+ for Darvish
