eliminate games in which the underdog has lost 3 or more games in a row and/or the favorite has won 3 or more games in a row.

So you do not eliminate Detroit, because they are the underdog.

In this system, you do not eliminate ALL 3 game winning/losing streaks. Follow above.

If both starting pitchers are in the top 20, you play the under.
