What makes you think this is going to be an immediate thing?? The odds of that happening are next to nothing.
Before it gets to the states Congress is going to have to decide if they want to get involved
Per the ruling
"Congress can regulate sports gambling directly, but if it elects not to do so, each State is free to act on its own. Our job is to interpret the law Congress has enacted and decide whether it is consistent with the Constitution. PASPA is not," the Supreme Court outlined in its ruling.

Once the Federal Congress decides what they are going to do or not do then it goes down to the state level. Each individual state, if they decide to allow gambling, will have to then set up the rules and regulations that they want in place which will take time.
Then you will have the off shore books such as Pinnacle and the Greek (I am just using those 2 as an example) who have already stated that once wagering is legal in the US they plan on getting back into the market.

Then you have some states which, most likely, decide they still do not want gambling
From Bleacher Report
"Sportsbooks will likely be legalized in a number of states in the coming years, but there are logistics to work out. Will they work in tandem with sports leagues? What will be legal in each state? There are some states where, in all likelihood, sports gambling will continue being outlawed. The states of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington have strict betting laws that even prohibit players of daily fantasy sports from participating."

Even though the Supreme Court ruling was monumental in pushing legalized gambling forward, it is not happening anytime soon.
When it does, I would guess that the larger offshore sportsbooks (Pinnacle, Bookmaker/BetCris, the Greek, 5Dimes, etc) will still be an option

States are under no obligation to wait on Congress to do anything. That was the point of the decision.
They will likely move faster because of it. It would be much harder to ban something that has already taken root.
I’d bet you that by September, better than 90% of all the casinos outside of Nevada will be running Sportsbooks.
A bunch f them will be doing it by the MLB All Star break.

Watch what happens when Congress gets involved. The ruling says that if Congress wants to get involved they can. If they do, it will slow down to a crawl

Actually, New Jersey plans on starting to accept bets in about two weeks so don't know where you getting your assumptions from.

Congress isn’t going to do anything headed into the midterms.
You have 26 States right now that want to legalize it. Every one of those Congressmen are up for re-election in the fall.
Hell marijuana is STILL illegal at the Federal level, but that hasn’t stopped State after State from legalizing it.
And the Feds aren’t doing a damn thing about it even with Sessions as AG. He’s probably the most anti pot guy to ever serve in the Senate.
These States are going lay their ears back and go for it.
