Just by the eyeball test I would have to agree that a Healthy Josh Hamilton is the best All-Around Player in the MLB.  Kemp is close and could overtake that title with a monster season.  There's only a few good 5-tool players in the game today while Mr. Bryce Harper is looking to be da MAN in just a few seasons.

He's a "problem child," so I do like him. No need to compare to others. He's a good fit where he is.

The guy is the best most feared player in the MLB

5 tool star, hits (avg and power and run production), runs (can steal at will), defense (arm and covers ground), probably can go on the mound and strike out some people too...give em' popcorn he'll sell that too
