I will never forget my Dad turning on TBS and letting my brother and me drink soda and eat bacon and eggs lol. Then the Braves would come on and I got to see Maddux, Glavine and Smoltz! Boy how I miss those times and wish I took them more seriously. Just get emotional thinking back on it

Maddux, Glavine and Smoltz in their prime is the greatest pitching they ever had. So look at this 2 ways. Best offense ever but not close to best pitching.

I am still mad as hell about the Braves losing Gm 7 to the Twins in 1991. Everyone blamed Lonnie Smith, who lost the ball in the lights while running the bases in the eighth, but Ron Gant and Sid Bream did not come through when it mattered most.
